The double recognition IATF France and FIEV of our training program to changes in IATF 16949: 2016 standard

As we told you in a previous article, the new IATF 16949: 2016 standard is published for the beginning of October.

On the occasion of this publication, Euro-Symbiose has designed and developed in partnership with the automotive suppliers Federation, a new training entitled “IATF 16949: 2016 / ISO 9001: 2015 – Ensuring the development of your quality management system”.

This training aims to:

- Acquiring a proper understanding of ISO 9001 :2015 and IATF 16949 requirements;
- Identifying which elements of its existing QMS can answer to these developments or which kind of step is to put in place to answer it;
- Understanding that the answer to bring is not necessarily documentary but may result in the practice change;
- Setting up its updating plan of its QMS.

It is mainly addressed to quality system managers, process owners / pilots… and all those who want to understand the meaning and impact of new requirements included in ISO 9001: 2015 and IATF 16949: 2016 standards and are assigned with engage changes to be made accordingly to their quality management system.

From an operational point of view, this training of a two-day is organized around 12 themes which gather the presentation of major developments introduced by the 2 standards. Various pedagogical approaches (games, sub-groups sessions, presentation) are favored and make easier the focus of participants.

After checking of contents by FIEV and IATF France representatives, a test session has been done in mid-October with successful (60% from trainees very satisfied) by our consultant, Christophe Girard, in the presence of manufacturer representative, member of IATF France.

The design process – development of this new program is now completed and consecrated by the double recognition of training product by the ITAF France and FIEV.

Available in French, this product will be available in English in mid-January 2017.
